We had 4 regular Juniors attend and 1 new face. We hope to see Pierce Jefferson at our next outing. The drill team did some exciting drills on horseback. The kids really enjoyed watching them. After their practice, Mychon Bowen, the drill team captain, took time to give the kids some information about their team and information about doing drills. Then she took them out to the arena and had them do a drill exercise with them which happened to be one that they had just done on horseback. The kids really liked that part of the night because they got to participate. For those of you who have not seen the Norco Cowgirls Rodeo Drill Team perform, you are missing an exciting event. They make the drills look so smooth and they enjoy what they do and it shows. Check them out at the the Norco Fair at Ingall’s Equestrian Event Center, September 3 - 5. The Norco Horsemen's Association Juniors want to thank Mychon and the Norco Cowgirls Rodeo Drill Team once again for taking the time for us and giving us a fun outing.
